September 21: College Search Seminar
Designed for high school juniors and seniors, this visit program will include a campus tour and admission information session, as well as workshops covering topics ranging from crafting your application essay to tips for scholarships searches. An exciting option for seniors, receive your admission decision on-site the day of this event (additional details regarding submission requirements for on-site admission available upon registration).
October 26: Discover Hollins Day
Hollins invites current high schools juniors and seniors to attend this one-day open house to learn more about our academic programs, unparalleled leadership training, study abroad opportunities, and extensive internship program. You’ll also tour our beautiful campus, meet current students, enjoy a meal on campus, and discover what your future could look like at Hollins.
November 10: Hollins AThletic Recruitment Day
Designed for experienced student-athletes who desire to compete at the collegiate level, this visit program will expand your knowledge of HU athletics and academic programs. Meet our coaches, connect with current student-athletes, enjoy a fun evening social planned by our Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, and get your questions answered regarding admission, scholarship and financial aid.
November 10-11: overnight open house for seniors
What is it like to be a student at Hollins? Get the full experience — stay overnight, sit in on classes, eat in the dining hall, meet with coaches or taking a riding lesson — all while connecting with current students and those who could be your potential classmates.
November 11: Transfer Student Visit Day
This event is specifically designed for students who want to transfer to Hollins. We will discuss scholarships and financial aid, transfer credits, hear from current Hollins transfer students, attend a class, and tour campus.
