Following the theme, we invite you to complete the survey about your magazine so we find what\u2019s working for you, and what you don\u2019t like, so we can evolve <em>Hollins<\/em> magazine for future issues.<\/p>\n<p>As we embark on new chapters, as President Gray mentions in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollins.edu\/magazine\/?p=7294\">\u201cA Privilege to Serve,\u201d<\/a> we continue to strive for success in all ways through outgoing leadership, and new.<\/p>\n<p>In <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollins.edu\/magazine\/?p=7367\">\u201cMusings on Hollins University President\u201d<\/a> we see Nancy Oliver Gray\u2019s tenure as 11<sup>th<\/sup> president through the eyes of many and how she\u2019s made an impact on those she served. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollins.edu\/magazine\/?p=7377\">\u201cThe Right Leader at the Right Time\u201d<\/a> by Beth JoJack \u201998, gives us a true sense of her distinguished leadership with commentary and photos. A long list of accomplishments and innovative change for the university is detailed in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollins.edu\/magazine\/?p=7400\">\u201cHow Hollins Evolved During the Gray Era.\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollins.edu\/magazine\/?p=7352\">Reinvention<\/a> and the stories behind career and personal transformation for three alumnae are featured in the article by Sindhu Hirani Blume \u201993.<\/p>\n<p>A new day is also dawning for Professor of English R.H.W. Dillard and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollins.edu\/magazine\/?p=7342\">Groundhog Poetry Press<\/a>, when Martha Park M.F.A. \u201915 interviews him and how he welcomes \u201cthe best poetry we can find\u201d for publication of works.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollins.edu\/magazine\/?p=7336\">\u201cRevitalizing our Small Cities,\u201d<\/a> Associate Professor of International Studies Jon Bohland talks about the Small Cities Institute, an innovative collaboration between Hollins, Virginia Tech, and Roanoke College, that addresses crucial issues with small cities and how to bring about change.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cecelia H.
