WORKSHOP DATES
June 8-13, 2008
HOUSING
Stay in a fully air conditioned campus dorm room within minutes of all workshop activities. Single and double rooms available with shared baths. A kitchen, laundry room, and TV room are available on each floor. Hollins University is a smoke-free campus. Smoking is not permitted in any building on campus, including dormitories.
A number of hotels near Hollins are available, with special rates at Fairfield Inn & Suites (1-800-MARRIOTT). Ask for the Tinker Mountain Writers' Workshop rate.
MEAL PLAN
Meal plan includes 17 meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner), served in the main dining hall. The dining hall offers a variety of food options, including vegetarian fare. There is also a snack bar located in the lower level of the Moody Center (not included in meal plan).

Balance due May 5, 2008. Registrations after May 5 must be paid in full.

| Refund Policy |
Deposits are non-refundable after April 1, 2008. All requests for refunds must be made in writing. Payment in full is due May 5, 2008. No refunds will be given to those who must leave the conference early. |
