Housing

Housing is available on campus or at area hotels. Campus dorm rooms are fully air-conditioned with shared, hall bathrooms. On campus housing is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Room blocks are available at the Country Inn & Suites www.countryinns.com/roanokeva ($60/night, limited service; 540-366-5678; reference code 130609HUWG) and the Sheraton Roanoke ($99/night, full service; 540-563-9300; reference Hollins University). Room blocks will be held until May 17, 2013.

Meal plan

Meal plan includes 8 meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), served in the main dining hall. The dining hall offers a variety of food options, including vegetarian fare.

• Symposium: $395
• Meal plan: $95
• Lodging: $125

Cancellation and refund policies

Refunds are available until April 1, 2013. All requests for refunds must be made in writing. No refunds will be given to those who must leave the conference early.

Register by phone, mail, or fax. A registration form is available in PDF format. Click here to download. Faxed registrations must include credit card information. Payment must be received with registration.
