All residential students are required to have a Post Office Box on campus. Your daughter will receive her P.O. Box number and key after she arrives on campus. Please address U.S. mail to your daughter in the following fashion:

Do not address U.S. mail with your daughter’s room number as it could be returned to sender and will slow down the delivery time.

Please use the street address, along with your daughter’s building and room number for sending large packages via private carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.). Packages will be delivered to Printing, Mailing, and Shipping Services. Your daughter will be called to pick up her package. Packages can be picked up Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. at Printing, Mailling and Shipping Services, located in Main Building.

If you choose to send packages through the U.S. Postal System, please remember to use your daughter's P. O. Box instead of her street address. Packages can be picked up Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. - 12 p.m., at the U. S. Post Office, located in Botetourt Hall.
