You will be notified of your advisor’s name and contact information, prior to orientation, so that you can schedule an appointment. During this special ceremony and first of many traditions, faculty, staff, and all students (family included) will be welcomed into the Hollins community. | 5:30 p.m. | First Step. Immediately after Opening Convocation, seniors, including Horizon seniors, take their first official steps onto Front Quad, an area protected by tradition. Tradition maintains that seniors are the only students permitted to walk on Front Quad. Come support the senior class as they take their "first steps" on the Quad and experience another Hollins tradition. Front Quad |
