Introduction by Angela Leonard, Executive Director of the Blue Ridge Autism & Achievement Center
“Dr. Temple Grandin was born with autism spectrum disorder. With the help of her mother and therapists she went on to become an expert in animal behavior, a professor at Colorado State University, and an internationally known speaker. This program provides the rare opportunity to hear an autistic person discuss her condition and give insights into the motivations behind autistic behavior.”
