Articles and Databases webpage has a new design!

The library’s “Articles & Databases” webpage has been re-designed to provide more user-friendly, subject- and type-based access to our databases. With one click, you can now find articles for biology or dance, or databases with images, videos, or book reviews.

The A-Z master list is still available: click on A-Z (all databases) if you want to scroll the list by name.

The new list also includes in-library only access for the general public to those databases funded by VIVA, the Virtual Library of Virginia. VIVA is a consortium of nonprofit academic libraries within Virginia, funded through support from the Virginia General Assembly and augmented by the local institutional library budgets.

If you have questions about the new design or about the library’s databases, contact us at or 540-362-7465.
