Career Assessment
The career planning process is a matter of looking at the pieces of the total person, exploring the world of work, finding the best possible fit, and determining how to get there. The career assessment package includes three foundation instruments: the Campbell Interest and Skill Survey, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), and the Work Driven Values Inventory along with individualized in-house exercises. A $150 fee covers inventories, scoring, supplemental materials and 1.5 hours of interpretations and discussion of results.

Career consulting is a smart investment that can save future time and cost for employees, supervisors, executives and individuals exploring the job market. Advising and career counseling sessions offer the opportunity to explore career and work issues that go beyond the career assessment process.
Resume reviews and practice interview sessions are also available. Using the results of the MBTI, managers and executives can achieve a deeper understanding of work-place dynamics and gain new insights into their management styles and opportunities for professional growth. $60 per hour.
