Roanoke, VA - Hollins University Tennis vs Randolph College, 2012 ODAC Quarterfinals April 20, 2012

Hollins hosted Randolph College on Friday afternoon in the quarterfinal round of the 2012 ODAC Women's Tennis Championships.  Hollins came into the tournament as the third seed with the WildCats entering tournament play as the sixth seed.  Hollins had defeated Randolph a week ago in Lynchburg.  The winner of the match will advance to the semi-final round to be held next Saturday (April 28) at Randolph-Macon College in Ashland.  Hollins jumped on their visitors from the east by sweeping the doubles matches and taking a 3-0 lead into singles play.  Hollins took the lead in all six singles matches and once two of the matches went complete, the match was called as Hollins had built a 5-0 lead.  Hollins will advance to play the winner of Bridgewater and Randolph-Macon in the semi-finals.
