Results

Hollins hosted Emory & Henry and the College of Notre Dame in their regular season finale on Saturday morning.  It marked the final meet before Hollins competes at the ODAC Championships in early February.  Hollins picked up another ODAC win by defeating the Wasps 82-32 but fell to the Gators from Maryland by a 53-68 tally.

Maggie Dwyer (Norwich, VT) wrapped up her record setting season by winning the 1000 Freestyle and the 200 Butterfly.  Dwyer also picked up a runner up finish in the 100 Butterfly before teaming with Audrey James (Fremont, CA), Sage Otto (Hampton, VA), and Ashley Gao (Pearland, TX) to win the 200 Freestyle Relay.  Gao finished second in the 100 Breaststroke while James finished second in the 500 Freestyle.  Otto picked up second place points in three different events: 100 Freestyle, 200 Backstroke, and the 200 Individual Medley.  Meg O'Brien (Chattanooga, TN) placed second in the 500 Freestyle as Hollins either won or finished runner up in 10 of the 14 events.

Hollins will gear up for the season ending ODAC Championships.  The Championships are slated to begin on February 9th and conclude on the 12th.
