Lexington , VA - Hollins University Swimming at 2009 ODAC Relays hosted by Washington & Lee University October 24, 2009

The Hollins University Swim team opened their 2009-2010 season by competing in the ODAC Relay Meet hosted by Washington & Lee University on Saturday afternoon.  Hollins posted a fifth place finish in the seven team event.

Hollins had their best finish of the event when they placed third in the 150 yard Backstroke Relay.  Sage Otto (Hampton, VA/Kecoughtan), Kate Teiken (Hummelstown, PA/Hershey) and Morgan Goad posted a time of 1:53.42, just .36 of a second behind the second place team (Guilford College).

Hollins will return to action on November 7th when they host Guilford College for an ODAC dual meet.  The meet is scheduled to start at 2:00pm
