Hollins riders Excel at Randolph College Horse Show

Sarah Jarosinski '12 and Emma Lane Poole '13 delivered standout performances at the Randolph College Fall Festival Horse Show, held October 22-23, 2011.

In the three phases of the Oak Ridge Medal Finals, Jarosinski placed third in gymnastics, third in over fences, and second place overall, while Poole finished seventh in gymnastics, second in the flat phase, eighth in over fences, and eighth overall.

Riding Tres Coronas, Jarosinski took second in the .95 jumpers category. Poole, atop her own horse James Dean, finished second in the .85 jumpers category and captured first in the Southwest Virginia Hunter/Jumper Association Adult Medal competition.
