Sara Nunnally '12 |
Athlete of the Week - April 27, 2009 Sara Nunnally, a first year golfer from Wilmington, NC, is the Hollins Student-Athlete of the Week. Last weekend Sara competed in The Orchard Spring Invitational that was hosted by Piedmont College in Clarkesville, GA. After shooting an 81, Nunnally earned medalist honors in the 23 player field. Her three shot victory came over two nationally ranked golfers. On a day when the average score was in the mid 90's, Sara posted the only score of the day that was within double digits of par (72). Sara is majoring in Environmental Science with a minor in Art. Congratulations Sara! |
