Anne Ailstock '11 and Sarah Budrus '11 |
Athlete of the Week - September 21, 2009 Anne Ailstock and Sarah Budrus, left, are the Hollins Student-Athletes of the Week. Anne and Sarah teamed this past weekend to play doubles in the 2009 Washington & Lee Fall Festival. The Festival consisted of Hollins, and regional and national powers Washington & Lee University and Mary Washington University. After winning all of their doubles matches one week ago, the duo continued their impressive fall by knocking off the Mary Washington team of Michelle Meadows and Jocelyn Lewis by the score of 9-7. Ailstock (Dinwiddie, VA) and Budrus (Huntington, WV) are both juniors that are majoring in Math. Congratulations Anne and Sarah!
