Alumnae have three ways to ensure that women who are going places start at Hollins -
Alumnae are by far Hollins' most persuasive and effective recruiters. And as an incentive, the Alumnae Association funds a scholarship to help alumnae refer prospective students to Hollins. If referral is received before she is admitted to Hollins, the student you refer will receive a $500 scholarship toward her first year's tuition. Scholarships will not be awarded to students who are already admitted.
For more information about how alumnae can help recruit students for Hollins, contact the admission office at (800) 456-9595 or email@example.com and ask about the alumnae referral program.
"One of the great things about study abroad at Hollins is that students from other colleges, both female and male, can take advantage of it. It meant the world to me and I am thrilled our son will be able to enjoy the same experience." – Jeannie Hall Rutherfoord ’74, whose son followed in her footsteps and attended Hollins’ Paris program.
Through Hollins Abroad programs in London and Paris, daughters (or sons, sisters, brothers, cousins, or friends' children) who are attending other colleges can study in England or France and get a flavor of the inimitable Hollins experience.
Hollins Abroad programs accept visitor students from other colleges and universities across the country. For more information, contact the International Programs Office at (800) 511-6612 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
