The entire Hollins family, regardless of class year, is invited to return and bring their families. Throughout the years amazing women have started at Hollins, and generations to come will continue to have this place to serve as fuel for their promising futures. Come home to reminisce with old friends, explore Hollins today, and celebrate the connections that we all share.

Reunion Weekend Highlights:

CELEBRATING 100 YEARS OF HOLLINS ABROAD

Join us in commemorating a combined one hundred years of Hollins Abroad: 60 years in Paris and 40 years in London. Learn the fascinating history of the Paris and London programs and what changes are being made to further support these programs in years to come. Saturday, May 30, 2 – 3 pm. You are also invited to:

  • High Tea, Saturday, May 30, 4 pm.
  • French Wine Reception, Friday, May 29, 5:30 pm.

A WORLD APART: ALUMNAE PANEL

Friday afternoon’s alumnae panel will feature a spectrum of distinguished alumnae who will reflect upon their Hollins Abroad experience and how it impacted their lives. Friday, May 29, 4 pm.


ORAL HISTORY PROJECT: WOMEN WHO ARE GOING PLACES START AT HOLLINS

Hollins alumnae across generations are connected by shared traditions, but your Hollins memories are unique to you. Consider sharing these stories with alumnae relations and the university archivist; we would love to listen and help preserve your story for future generations of Hollins women. Locations and times to be determined.


ALUMNAE VENDOR FAIR

Hollins alumnae are invited to participate in the Alumnae Vendor Fair; we welcome entrepreneurs, authors, and artists to reserve a booth to share their work with the Hollins community. Please note that space is limited. Alumnae vendors contact us: reunion@hollins.eduFriday, May 29, 1 – 3 pm and Saturday, May 30, 2 – 4 pm.


ATHLETIC HALL OF FAME

You are invited to the Reunion 2015 Athletic Hall of Fame induction ceremony to celebrate and recognize the accomplishments of the Hall of Fame members, student-athletes, and the growth of the intercollegiate athletic program. Saturday, May 30, 5 pm.


EXPLORE THE ROANOKE VALLEY

It’s not the same old Roanoke! Spend Thursday afternoon revisiting your favorite spots around Roanoke and find some new ones. Grab your classmates for a drive on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Take in the breathtaking view from the base of the star at the top of Mill Mountain. Gallery-hop along the streets of downtown Roanoke. Conclude your day reminiscing with friends over dinner at any of the area’s wonderful restaurants. Click here for more details on activity and dining options in Roanoke.


RACE TO REUNION: ALUMNAE REFERRALS

A challenge is on for Reunion 2015 class year alumnae: we encourage you to participate in the #RacetoReunion by referring a high school student of any age by May 30, 2015, to Hollins. Your goal: 200 new referrals. The Reunion class that refers the most students will be announced at the Alumnae Celebration on Saturday, May 31, and win the Race! If your referral is received before the student’s admission to Hollins, she will receive a one-time $500 tuition grant. Encourage her to visit our beautiful campus, which could earn her an additional $500 Campus Visit Grant. Refer a student today!
