  • Between April 30-May 4, the Hollins Alumnae Relations office will e-mail your student and put a note in their campus mailbox notifying them of their Exam Care Package and where to pick up.
  • Student Pickup: Students will pick up their package between May 7-14.
  • Students will be notified to pick up their Exam Care Package at the Cromer Bergman Alumnae House (the very first building on campus, brick house).
  • The receptionist will have the list of students who have an Exam Care Package.
  • Final Pickup Date: Exam Care Packages will be available for pickup until Monday, May 14, 2012.

Dear Hollins parents, family, and friends,

As the semester draws to a close, it's once again time for a favorite Hollins tradition from the Richmond Hollins Alumnae Association! Order today for your special Hollins student!

What are Exam Care Packages?

  • Each fall and spring you can surprise your Hollins student with a goody bag filled with a variety of study snacks to keep her going through exams.
  • Exam Care Packages are carefully packed by Hollins alumnae from the Richmond, Virginia area, with wonderful snacks like crackers, popcorn, breakfast bars, soup, juice, and LOTS of other goodies!
  • This Hollins tradition is a great way to wish your student the best of luck on exams and keep those brain cells fueled!
  • Cost: $20.00 per package.

  • Order via PayPal. Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, or PayPal account.
  • After you fill out your payment information on PayPal you must click on “Add Special Instructions to Seller” and type in:
    • Student's Name
    • Student's Class Year
    • Student's Dorm and Room Number
    • Student's Phone Number
    • Student's E-mail Address (so we can notify the student of her package!)
    • Your Name and Message to Student (so she knows who the package is from – and be sure to wish her good luck on exams!)

Deadline

Orders must be placed by Friday, April 27, 2012, to ensure delivery.
