Need-Based Assistance
Does Your Financial Situation Require Assistance to Fund College?
Need-based financial aid is available from Hollins to students who can demonstrate that they require additional money to help pay for school. The amount you are eligible to receive is determined from information you provide on the governments FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). The application requires you to provide specific data about your familys finances to the U.S. Department of Education. Youll find an online application form at www.fafsa.ed.gov. Paper FAFSA forms are also available from Hollins.
The various kinds of need-based assistance are outlined in the charts below.
