Kate Read Katherine (Kate) Cox Read '00, began study toward a Ph.D. in educational policy and leadership studies at Virginia Tech in August 2010. A political science major while at Hollins, she also holds a M.Ed. from The College of William and Mary in educational policy, planning, and leadership.
Meredith Harper Meredith Harper '05, graduated with an M.S. in dietetics and nutrition from Florida International University in May 2010. Upon graduation, she will begin her dietetic internship and take the exam to become a registered dietitian. She is also Student Council Liaison for the American Dietetic Association, president of the graduate student dietetics association, and writes a daily nutrition blog (PursuingBalance.com).
