18 multiple choice questions broken into 3 categories Library Use, Services, Collection. Asked for comments at end. Survey received online and in boxes around campus. Tabulated data was used in house to evaluate our basic services and to make specific improvements to these services. This was a very useful "how are we doing?" survey. Staff found the comments section particularly useful. We plan to follow-up with a survey to faculty. Jamie Redwine, Director of Technical Services & Systems, jredwine@hollins.edu
