: look up Congressional activity (statements, letters, resolutions) by Subject back to 1995 (Must select Congress first!)

Example: Text Search. About a month before the War with Iraq, Rep. Scott McInnis of Colorado made an eloquent speech talking about NATO as a family. How could I find the transcript of his speech?

Index search: How can I find all the activity from the 108th Congress pertaining to France?
