Computer Services Support for Faculty
Many of the Hollins faculty use Blackboard course authoring
software to make course material available on the web. Blackboard
supports online quizzes, forums, a whiteboard, as well as the
posting of slide presentations and documents.
Courses in all areas of the curriculum use computers to enhance their offerings. Several teaching labs allow 18 or more students to work on computers. Other classrooms are equipped with a computer station for the professor, overhead projector and screen.
All classrooms are wired for connection to the internet.
