World-class. Leadership. Hollins.
For 10 years, Hollins University's Batten Leadership Institute has been Southwest Virginia's resource for leadership training.
The best way to learn leadership is to practice it—in small groups and workshops, in conflict and negotiation sessions, and through personal assessments. All of this provides a framework for transformational leadership development. The graduates of our programs credit their Hollins training with increasing their leadership capacity and with building their self-confidence and job success.
